At ScentDose, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return process.

  1. Return Window:
    You can return any unused and unopened items within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please contact us at info@scentdose.com or call 03147294640. Provide your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process.

  3. Condition of Items:
    Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a return to be accepted.

  4. Return Shipping:
    We offer return shipping at a cost of 250 PKR. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, except for defective or incorrect items, in which case return shipping will be covered by us.

  5. Refunds:
    Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
